JJ Jewellers Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from J J Jewellers you can return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.


When returning goods the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box


For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to J J Jewellers we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 14 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, contact sales@jjjewellers.co.uk with details of the fault and the item that you wish to return with the details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE – We do not accept returns unless authorised either by e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone and all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

All returns must be sent back by recorded delivery, if this is not the case, we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent. If faulty goods are returned within 14 days, we will refund any postage costs directly back to your credit card or charge card.

We are unable to accept returns for earrings or body jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 6 months from the time of purchase for defects. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.
